It begins when your elevator opens into your own private foyer and then you step out on to one
of your two balconies and view seven acres of exquisite landscaping and the largest, most
glorious pool on the island. Other amenities include a huge hot tub, zero entry pool, picnic
area with grills, swings and gazebo, and awesome indoor amenities including a media room,
workout facility with the finest equipment, and a private lounge with fireplace and wetbar... Two
lighted Tennis courts in a lush setting round out the outdoor experience.
Pelican Beach Resort

decor. We have two condos at Splash. Our one bedroom unit actually sleeps six. Two bunk
beds are sure to be a hit with the kids and a queen size sofa sleeper accommodates two other
guests. We just added a three bedroom, three bath corner unit. This spacious vacation home
has three Gulf front balconies with Gulf and pool views. One of the bedrooms is a second
master suite / efficiency that is a"lock out." So, during the off season, we can offer it as a two
bedroom and separate one bedroom efficiency.

Ideally situated on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and
convenient to area dining, shopping and activities, Tidewater Beach promises to deliver a
world-class vacation experience. This impressive Panama City Beach resort condominium
opened its doors to guests late 2007. It offers an extensive list of amenities designed to please
including two 4,200 square foot beachfront pools,an indoor pool, two hot tubs, poolside tiki
bar, on-site theatre, and two giant Roman Spas. All of this in walking distance to the new Pier
